Skylark, the premier passenger transportation company in North Texas, announced today that it will co-sponsor an ASA “Thunder Stock” Race Car during the 2009 Season. The Number 14 car will be campaigned by Bobby Todd and Todd’s Racing in Wichita Falls, Texas. Veteran driver, Ray Stephens, will be at the controls throughout the racing season.
“We hope that our involvement with this car will showcase real grass roots racing,” states Skylark Vice President Candice Darnell. "A sponsorship in local and regional racing offers broad-based appeal to a wide consumer audience allowing us to gain visibility, brand exposure and product awareness among our target audiences," added Skylark President Kevin Callahan.
The Number 14 car is owned by Todd's Racing and is co-sponsored by Todd’s Service Center, Todd’s Fast Lube, Skylark Taxi and Airport Express as well as Gary Miser’s Auto Salvage.
